I have 4 filet mignon steaks from Omaha Steaks...what's the best way to cook them?

To prepare the filet mignon, heat the butter in a sauté pan or skillet. Add the steaks to the hot pan and sear over high heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side for medium-rare and 3 to 4 minutes per side for medium. The steaks should be a little crusty on the outside. Season with salt and pepper, remove from the pan, and let rest briefly.

I always use a grill, but if it's not available, I'll do it in a pan on the stove. It makes a nice seared outside, especially if you put a little pat of butter in the pan. I know, so bad

It's still warmish out tonight-do you have a BBQ? Salt and pepper on both sides..give it one flip after about 2-3 minutes..if you like it medium rare. You can also use a grill pan..

Then since it'll be juicy, keep it simple and just salt and pepper it

Broil 6 min, flip 4 min for medium rare. served best with Omaha potatoes au gratin!

Heat a pan on the stove over medium-high. Once it is hot, add oil and sear steaks on one side for 5 minutes (you can tie them with string to keep them round while cooking). Then flip then and put them in the oven for 6-9 minutes (depending on how well you like your steak). Make sure to use an oven-safe pan. They will have a nice crust but still be pink in the center. Let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
